
If there is one thing in life I seem to have had trouble with consistently, it is motivation. What is the mythical thing?
I don’t just mean motivation for weight loss, motivation in general. I have had a common problem with pretty much any project I start… I get part way through it, and get distracted and move on to something else. Not because something is too hard, or that I don’t understand it, I just… I don’t know. I’ve often been described as fickle.
What does that mean? What causes people to be fickle? Why do I lack the motivation and determination to see simple, life-changing projects through to completion?
Am I setting my goals too high? Am I not setting enough goals? How can you force yourself to stay motivated? I think if I can manage to find the key to that, my life will start to become measurably better in many areas… not just weight loss.
Is there a magic key? What do you do to stay motivated?
